Robelly was the professional comedy magician and inventor Robert Rouet. Other stage names had been "Professeur Wilsonn", "Abdouz-el-Menir", and "Ten-Okio".
He was a member of A.S.A.P. and the director of L'Escamoteur (1947-66).
His son also took up magic and performed as Rogello.[1]
