Salo Ansbach (July 30, 1854 - ?), born in Germany and came to the United States in 1871, was a magic teacher and performed as a magician on the Lyceum circuit (starting in 1886). He later was founder/manager of the Ansbach Correspondence School of Magic in Hillsdale, New Jersey.

Ansbach may have been the first person to make a success as a traveling teacher of magic.
