Snowstorm in China (also known as Chinese Snowstorm, Wintertime in China) is an effect in which a sheet of paper is dipped into water, formed into a ball. Then when fanned, it becomes dry and tiny pieces fly up into the air coming down like flakes of snow.Dai Vernon's "Harlequin Act" by 1938 and became a pet trick of [Fred Keating]], Stewart Judah, Abb Dickson , and Peter Samelson.
