Tap Dancing Aces
The Incredible Tap Dancing Aces is a card routine published by Paul Harris in Art of Astonishment Volume 3.
The aces vanish from your hands and appear one at a time back into the deck. Paul will follow this with his Invisible Palm routine as a pseudo-explanation of how he does the trick.
History
First published as La La's Lu Lu in Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets (1976) as a continuation of Daryl Martinez' "Twisted Aces".
It is revised in Las Vegas Close-Up (1978) as The Incredible Tap Dancing Aces.
Michael Ammar includes it in the Paul Harris:The Act issue of Magical Arts Journal, Vol. 2, N° 9-10-11-12, 1989.
Variations
- "Persistent Offenders" in Set to Stun by Jack Parker (e-book)
- "Tap Dancing Finale" in Paul Harris Reveals Some of His Most Intimate Secrets makes a few changes in order to make it possible to spread the deck face down to show that, except for the two selections, all of the backs have changed to a different color.
