Trixy was a magic periodical for youngsters released by Jack Rees of Prestatyn, Wales.

Mr Rees formed the Boy Magicians Club in the 1940s and advertised in children’s comic magazines such as Film Fun, The Hotspur and Dandy. In return for a postage stamp, he would send you the magazine, Trixy, together with a catalogue of basic magic effects for purchase.

A complete set consists of 24 undated issues. As soon as someone joined the club, they would receive issue number one and a month later issue number two and so on until they had a total of 24 issues. Rees, however, modified the magazines over they years as they were published. Thus in some instances, there are slightly different copies of the issues in the set.[1]
