Vancouver Magic Circle (now I.B.M. Ring 92), a Canadian magic club, was founded by Captain Charles Howard (first president) and William Shelly in 1942.
It would first become affiliated with the P.C.A.M. and they began reporting in the Linking Ring as members of the I.B.M by 1949.
It's newsletter Magical Minutes began publishing in 1947.
