The Pop Eyed Popper Deck (also known as Pop-Eyed Eye-Popper, Nu-Idea Forcing Deck, Rough-Smooth Forcing Deck) developed by Ralph W. Hull in 1942 is a Force Deck.

Similar to the mechanics of the Svengali Deck and Mirage Deck, it lets you force a playing card.

A common tricks performed with this deck is the Ambitious Card Routine.
