Dan Frischman

Dan Frischman (1959), an Actor/writer/magician, aka "The Great Houdanny", is a lifetime Magic Castle magician member.

As an actor, Frischman played the nerdy "Arvid" on ABC's sitcom, "Head of the Class," and later spent four years as "Chris" on Nickelodeon's "Kenan & Kel" sitcom. Has also performed stand-up on "Late Night with David Letterman" and A&E's "Evening at the Improv."

Before his television breakthrough, he often worked as a magician in the Los Angeles area.

His debut novel for kids, "Jackson & Jenks, Master Magicians" is available at Barnes & Noble, The Magic Castle gift shop, and at all online book outlets.

Frischman, originally from New Jersey, currently resides in Los Angeles.
