The Illusionist was a quarterly Magic Periodical by Edd Schultz out of Huntington, Connecticut that described itself as "A Publication Dedicated to the Art of Stage Magic and Grand Illusion." [1]
It published its first issue March 1993 which featured an article by Rev. William V. Rauscher "Inquiry into the Origins, Meaning and Mystery of the Magic Wand".
The only magical publication dedicated solely to stage magic, some of the contributors included: Tony Clark, Jay Scott Berry, Mark & Nani Wilson, Paul Osborne, Eugene Gloye, Billy McComb, John Booth, Marvyn Roy, Paul Daniels, and Jim Steinmeyer.
