Jack Adams (1937-1994) was an actor, illusionist, pantomimist, quick-change artist, makeup expert, and storyteller.
Biography
He started as a stage magician in 1974 while still a student at Florida International University. His assistant then was Diane Bray.
Adams appeared on and off Broadway, on television and film and traveled around the world several times. He was the star of "The Incredible Merlin Magic Show".
He was a founding member of Mystery School.[1]
Around 1970, Adams bought an old hotel in the Catskills and dubbed it the Magic Mountain Hotel. The venture only lasted a few months.
His love for comedy, slapstick and innuendos lives on in his daughter Jenny Adams, who also helped out with Mystery School.[2]
