Otto Regling (1907-1994) was an amateur magician that performed as "Chang Chi Tung".[1]
Biography
He grew up in Jamaica, New York and in the November 1990 issue of New Tops, Walt Hudson mentions in his column an email received from Regling (then living in Clearwater, Florida).[2]
