Collectors' Forum was a quarterly Magic Periodical from Fred W. Evans out of Knoxville, Tennessee that started in 1991.

Twenty issues were published between Vol 1. No. 1 (Jan. 1991) through Vol.5 No. 4 (Nov. 1995)
