Rev. Robert E. Olson (1927-2013), an American magician, collector, author, builder and illustrator, specialized in gospel magic.[1][2][3] He is noted for his biographies of famous magicians.
Biography
Rev. Robert E. Olson was a Howard Thurston historian.[4] His articles on Thurston ran for ten years in Tops Magazine each contains a short (usually two-page) portion of the Thurston article series, which was later published as the book The World's Greatest Magician - A Tribute To Howard Thurston (1981).
His articles appeared in numerous magazines and he appeared on the cover of many.
