Collector's Forum was a quarterly Magic Periodical from Fred W. Evans out of Knoxville, Tennessee that started in 1991.

Twenty issues were published between Vol 1. No. 1 (Jan. 1991) through Vol.5 No. 4 (Nov. 1995)

Supplements included:

  • Vol.1 No. 3 (July 1991) - Osirian Vol.1 No. 6 reprint
  • Vol.1 No. 4 (October 1991) - Inventory sheet for periodical collection (Father Stephen Fernandes)
  • Vol.2 No.1 (January 1992) - Kramien poster

  • Vol.2 No.3 (July 1992) - 6-page advertising flier and a Wittus Witt advertising postcard.
  • Vol.2 No.4 (October 1992) - a 4-page advertising flier and an envelope with business cards for Jim Alfredson, George Daily, Stephen A. Sparks, Fred Evans, Joseph Gomez, Jay Gorham, Dick Miller&Dawn Kelley, Norm Osborn, Tom Rozoff and David Sigafus.
  • Vol.3 No.1 (January 1993) - a 1-page advertising sheet and "On Collecting Magic..." Robert Lund Lecture.
  • Vol.3 No.2 (April 1993) - a 2-page advertising sheet and two Wittus Witt postcards and a Yiengst Magic Circus token and flier
  • Vol.3 No.3 (July 1993) - a 2 page advertising sheet; Blackstone, Jr. flier; Phil Thomas postcard; Earl Muddiman artifacts: Information sheet, Two business cards and two playing cards.
  • Vol. 3N4 - October 1993 - a 2-page advertising sheet and an Unissued Magicol No. 19A.
  • Vol. 4 No.1 (January 1994) - a Heyl catalogue order form.
  • Vol. 5 No.1 (January 1995) - a Lee Jacobs handbill.
  • Vol. 5 No.3 (July 1995) - a Wittus Witt brochure
