Australian Magical News was a Magic Periodical by J. Albert Briggs in 1927.
In The Conjurer for January 1927, Briggs said this about his upcoming endeavor:
- On Feb 8th. we are issueing the first number of The Australian Magical News. This will be published monthly, but will be on a subscription basis only. It will not be supplied to dealers, and will only be available direct from us, or Secretaries of Australian magical societies. A copy of the first issus will be mailed on request.
In the Linking Ring October 1927 "Magazine and Book review":
- The Australian Magical New published by J. Albert Briggs contain news of the magic clubs in Australia, several tricks and some timely criticisms. "Further Expensive Magical Secrets" is the heading of one such criticism. Of course these are Mr. Brigg's personal views.
