Stapled! is a card routine in which two jokers are stapled back to back and one of them transposes with a selected card.
Created by Paul Harris and Looy Simonoff and published in Las Vegas Close Up (1978) as well as in Apocalypse Vol 1 No 7 (July 1978) as "Staple and Stab" .
It was later republished in the Paul Harris issue of Tannen's Magic Manuscript ( Nov/Dec 1984) and again in the compilation Art of Astonishment Vol. 1.
It was inspired by Joseph Prieto's effect "The Stapled Card" in Scarne on Card Tricks.
